The Marriage Act of 1996 makes it possible for couples to marry in Tobago (or Trinidad) as soon as three days after their arrival.

Both parties must be non-residents of Trinidad & Tobago. Parties must establish residence in Trinidad & Tobago of not less than 3 days. (The period of residence is calculated from the day after the day of arrival in Trinidad & Tobago) Birth certificate, Passport, Ticket. If divorced a notarized Decree absolute.(If not in English, a notarized English translation.) If widowed, original death certificate of spouse. A notarized English translation if not in English. Deed poll or other proof of name changes where name differs on documents.

Let us assist you with the legal arrangements. We will even provide transport to and from the various offices and collect final marriage certificate for you.

We arrange everything for you. You have a choice of locations - a beautiful tropical garden, an old fort overlooking the sea or right on the beach at "No Man's Land".
